The Carry-On System
A calmer way to pack for a three-day business trip.

The best journeys begin before the door closes. Start with a clear plan for what must remain accessible, what needs protection and what can stay out of sight until arrival.
Build a repeatable system around three zones: work, transit and arrival. Keep technology nearest to the opening, use the central compartment for clothing, and reserve a small quick-access pocket for travel documents.
A good packing system should reduce decisions. When every object has a known place, moving through security, boarding and hotel check-in becomes noticeably quieter.
