A straightforward 30-day return window gives you time to assess fit, capacity and function at home.
30-day window
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be clean, unmodified and returned with original tags, dust bags and packaging.
Start a return
Contact customer care with your order number and the products you would like to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the relevant return instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing can take 5-10 business days after the refund is released.
Exchanges
For a different color or size, return the original product and place a new order after availability is confirmed by a WEPLUS advisor.
