Warranty
WEPLUS products are made for repeat movement. Our limited lifetime warranty supports the original owner against manufacturing defects.
What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship, including structural shell failures, faulty zippers, broken handles and wheel assemblies caused by normal intended use.
What is not covered
Cosmetic wear, airline damage, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme conditions and products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How claims work
Submit the product SKU, proof of purchase and clear photos through the repair form. Our care team will assess repair, replacement part or product replacement options.
Repair first
When practical, we prioritize repair and replaceable parts. This keeps products in use longer and reduces unnecessary material waste.
